Helpful Tools Hub was born out of a simple frustration: paying monthly subscriptions for tools we only used occasionally. As startup founders and freelancers ourselves, we found it absurd to pay $15/month for an invoice generator when we only sent a handful of invoices each month, or subscribe to a resume builder for a one-time job application.
We realized that many essential business tools don't need to be complicated SaaS products with user accounts, cloud storage, and recurring fees. Most of the time, people just need to create a document, download it, and move on with their day.
So we built Helpful Tools Hub—a collection of free, browser-based tools that respect your time, your privacy, and your wallet. No accounts, no subscriptions, no data collection. Just simple tools that work.
